Explanation of 24-Hour Turnaround

"Turnaround time", by industry standards, is defined as the time it takes to produce an order and ship it. Our "24-Hour Turnaround" is defined as the time it takes us to produce your order and ship it from our facility once you have completed the online order. It does not mean that you will receive your order 24 hours after you place the order. The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the type of shipping method you choose.

We will produce and ship most orders within 1 business day of receiving your completed order.* If a proof is required for your order, next day turnaround applies once you have approved your proof and completed the order. Large orders and specialty items can take longer to produce and may not ship within 1 business day. To GUARANTEE that your order ships the next business day, please select the “Next Day Shipping Guarantee” option on your order summary page when checking out and completing your order, (note the scheduled shipping date of your order highlighted in green). Next Day turnaround applies to our regular Monday – Friday business hours;

Example shipping times:

Order completed on Monday before 6:00 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Tuesday.
Order completed on Monday at 6:01 p.m EST., - the order ships on Wednesday.
Order completed on Friday before 6:00 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Monday.
Order completed on Friday at 6:01 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Tuesday.
Order completed on Saturday or Sunday, - the order ships on Tuesday.

*(1) 98% of all orders will ship within 1 business day. Given the nature of our business and the fact that we cannot always anticipate our daily workload, we cannot guarantee that EVERY order will ALWAYS ship within 1 business day. If your order is time-sensitive and you want to guarantee that your order ships the next business day, select the "Next Day Shipping Guarantee" option on your order summary page when checking out and completing your order. (2) Screen-printed plastic name tags will ship within 10-14 business days. (3) Next Day Turnaround is subject to item availability.

**In many cases, production of your order will begin immediately after you submit the order. Therefore, please do not request changes to your order once it has been submitted. Any change requested at that time will delay the order by 1 business day. Please make sure your order is accurate and complete before you submit it.
